7BR home w/ gym, arcade & theater room

The property was perfect for our family gathering. We really enjoyed the pool and all of the outdoor areas. The seating was plentiful, comfortable, and in shaded and sunny areas to accommodate all of our guests. The kitchen was well stocked as we cooked all of our meals there. Thank you for a great stay!

This is a beautiful property and big enough to accomodate a large group. We rented the property for my daughter's sweet 16 and there was so much for everyone to do and space to accomodate everyone. The back yard is spacious and had plenty of room for the taco cart. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and the rest are downstairs. So individuals staying downstairs need to be able to climb stairs. We had a couple of service issues upon arrival and the host responded very quickly and got them fixed before the party started the following day. The service guys were very professional and worked hard to get the issue corrected. The Host kept in contact so we knew what to expect. The management company even provided a discount for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service, amenitities, entertainment options and an absolutely gorgeous property. We would consider renting this property again for a large gathering.

We celebrated my husbands 40th Birthday at this house. We had an amazing time. The house is HUGE. It is larger than it looks in photos. It was great for several people/couples to stay. The backyard is amazing. We grilled out, watched TV in the built in kitchen and swam in the pool. The movie theater room is on the next level. It feels like you are in the theater. Highly suggest this property if you are looking to entertain and get a large group of people together in one place. We had a few maintenance issues and the property manager was quick to answer and address the issue. We have several people that were in our party that plan to book this property again in the future.

Everything exceeded our expectation with the exception of a pool heater miscommunication. This much grass in Phoenix is rare! Home theater was awesome. Master Bedroom was kingly.
